- 1 box elbow macaroni
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can drained olives
- 1 package sliced pepperoni
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesean
- I cook a box of elbow macaroni according to the package directions or until it's al dente, drain the pasta, and then put it in a casserole dish.
- Next, I saute one chopped onion in a skillet with one tablespoon of olive oil for a few minutes, and then combine the onion, one can of drained olives, some sliced pepperoni, spaghetti sauce and half a package of eight-ounce shredded mozzarella with the pasta.
- On top, I sprinkle a quarter cup of grated Parmesan cheese and the rest of the mozzarella.
- I bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it's bubbly.
