Gluten Free Vegetable And Tuna Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the carrots and zucchini and mix together with the flour and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and the garlic.
  3. Press the mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 60 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and spread with a thin layer of cream cheese (you may not use it all). Top with the pepper, tuna, and onion. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 15 more minutes and serve.
