Zesty Shrimp Tacos

  1. In small bowl combine paprika, salt, and cumin. Thinly slice lemons and limes.
  2. Onto thick bamboo or flat metal skewer, thread shrimp; lemon slices; and lime slices, alternating. Brush skewers on both sides with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt mixture.
  3. Grill on medium-high 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are opaque, turning over once halfway through.
  4. Use shrimp to fill warmed corn tortillas.
  5. Top with cilantro, radishes, lime wedges, Cotija cheese, and salsa.
