Alfredo Chicken & Broccoli Casserole
- 1 Lean Cuisine Alfredo Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 yellow onion diced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups kale chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Defrost Lean Cuisine Alfredo Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In a medium size stockpot on medium heat, sweat the onion with the olive oil until the onion is soft and translucent. Add chopped kale and saute for 1 minute. Add the chicken broth and the Lean Cuisine Alfredo Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli. Simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the ingredients into a small casserole dish, sprinkle with 1/8 cup of Parmesan cheese, cover and bake at 350u0b0F for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with the remainder of the Parmesan cheese, the salt & pepper, and the chili flakes.
