Beef Burgers With Cheese, Tomato And Mixed Greens
- 350 grams ground beef
- 1 onion small, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 cup spinach cleaned, washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato deseeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled or coarsely grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed fresh, or parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- salad Mixed Greens
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 4 artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons greek vinaigrette
- greek vinaigrette
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, spinach, tomato, cheese, dill, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- Serve with mixed greens.
