Caramel Nut Candy(Microwave)

  1. Place caramels, butter, and cream in a 2 quart microwave safe dish.
  2. Microwave uncovered on medium for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave 1-3 minutes more, stirring every minute until smooth. Stir in sugar until smooth.
  3. Add peanuts.
  4. Gently fold in marshmallows, sprinkle coconut on a 10x5-inch strip onto 2 sheets of waxed paper; spoon caramel mixture down the center of coconut. Using the waxed paper coat caramel with coconut and roll into 2-10inch logs.
  5. Discard waxed paper.
  6. Wrap logs in plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours.
  7. Remove plastic wrap.
  8. Cut logs into 1/2-inch slices.
  9. Store in air-tight container in the refrigerator.
