Fish And Mussels In Sparkling Wine

  1. Bring 2 cups water and oil to a boil. Simmer for 1 min then add remaining ingredients (except crusty bread). Season to taste then bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 12-15 mins. Carefully transfer fish to serving bowls. Discard any unopened mussels then spoon mussels and liquid over fish. Serve with crusty bread.
