Quick & Easy ~ Delicious Tomato Sauce With Meat!!!

• 35 ounces crushed tomatoes can of
• 5 cloves garlic - chopped
• 1 bunch fresh basil - chopped
• 1 red onion - sliced
• 1/2 pound ground beef
• 1/4 cup red wine
• 1 dash sea salt
• 1 dash fresh ground black pepper
• 1 dash red pepper flakes
• spices Dashes of Cajun
• olive oil
• grated romano cheese Fresh
• macaroni Box of your favorite, or spaghetti

1. Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the garlic, onion and fresh basil.
2. Saute until the onion is clear. Add the ground beef and continue to saute until the beef is cooked. Add the crushed tomatoes, wine and seasonings. Simmer on low while preparing the macaroni.
3. Drain the macaroni and plate with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh grating cheese.
