Turkey Balls With Tomato Sauce

  1. Empty all canned tomatoes into large top of stove pot.
  2. Add paste can of water and, as mixture is cooking, mix thoroughly. Let cook until it begins to bubble on top.
  3. Put turkey into large bowl.
  4. Add onion, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, mixed with ketchup, and 2 ice cubes with a little water to moisten.
  5. Add Egg Beaters, garlic and 1/2 of the Italian herbs.
  6. Mix thoroughly either with fork or hands.
  7. Let stand for about 1/2 hour in order to have crumbs absorb moisture.
