Fried Marble Jack Cheese Sticks

  1. Measure flour into a bowl and set aside.
  2. Beat eggs in a separate bowl and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese and salt.
  4. Start the breading procedure by placing the Marble Jack cheese sticks into the flour.
  5. Remove cheese from flour and shake off the extra flour from each piece of cheese.
  6. Next drop the flour dusted cheese sticks into the beaten eggs, making sure the entire surface area gets covered by the egg.
  7. Remove cheese from eggs, letting the excess egg drip off, and place into the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
  8. Thoroughly cover the cheese sticks with the breading.
  9. Remove from breading and then repeat steps 5-9.
  10. Remove from breading and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  11. Preheat fryer to 350u0b0 F or preheat a saucepan filled with at least 1 inch of oil.
  12. Fry each stick for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from the oil and serve with a marinara sauce.
