Fried Marble Jack Cheese Sticks
- 6 Crystal Farms Wisconsin Marble Jack Stick Cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Crystal Farms(R) Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 ounces marinara sauce
- Measure flour into a bowl and set aside.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese and salt.
- Start the breading procedure by placing the Marble Jack cheese sticks into the flour.
- Remove cheese from flour and shake off the extra flour from each piece of cheese.
- Next drop the flour dusted cheese sticks into the beaten eggs, making sure the entire surface area gets covered by the egg.
- Remove cheese from eggs, letting the excess egg drip off, and place into the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
- Thoroughly cover the cheese sticks with the breading.
- Remove from breading and then repeat steps 5-9.
- Remove from breading and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat fryer to 350u0b0 F or preheat a saucepan filled with at least 1 inch of oil.
- Fry each stick for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from the oil and serve with a marinara sauce.
