Vegetable Roll
- 1 1/2 cups pork mince
- 4 cabbage leaves Chinese
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 mushrooms
- 1/2 garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- Boil the Chinese cabbage leaves. After water is boiling, cook for another 3 minutes, then take the leaves out
- Cut the cucumber in strips
- Cut the carrot in strips
- Smash garlic and remove the skin
- Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and mix with pork mince
- Stir fry pork mince and mushroom, cucumber, carrot, and garlic, and add salt and soy sauce
- Place one cabbage leave on a plate, put the pork mince and mushroom, cucumber strips, carrot strips and garlic on the leave and roll it
- Put one goji berry on one vegetable roll
