  1. Oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Toss together the diced nectarines, regular sugar, 2 Tbsp flour and a squeeze of lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Place the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Now for the crisp topping. In a bowl mix together the oats, brown sugar, granola, 1/2 cup flour, and cinnamon. Add the mixture to a food processor along with the butter. Give it just a few very quick pulses to start to work the butter into the mixture then finish working it in with your hands or the back of a spoon.
  5. Pour the crisp over the peaches and bake for approx 25-30 minutes, until bubbling and the top is golden.
