Baked Fish With Parsley And Garlic
- 2 fish mediums, your choice - I used Red Snapper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 juice
- 1 lemon
- 1 handful garlic cloves minced
- 1 bunch parsley chopped
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon sumac
- 2 onions mediums, sliced
- Prepare the filling by chopping up the parsley and mincing the garlic, add olive oil, mix in the cumin and sumac.
- Fill the fish with the parsley and garlic mix inside the cavity.
- Put the sliced onions in the bottom of the baking pan, the onions prevents the fish from sticking to the pan and adds nice flavor to the recipe. Coat it with spray oil or you may use olive oil.
- Place the fish on top of the onions. Bake in a 200 degrees Celsius oven for 12-15 minutes until the fish becomes flaky. Do not overcook otherwise the fish becomes too dry.
