Annie Chun'S Spicy Rice Noodle Salad

  1. Slice onion, radish, carrot and red pepper
  2. Combine the vinegar, lemon juice and Gochujang together to make dressing and set aside
  3. Cook rice noodles in a boiling water (about 2 - 4 minutes) according to package directions and drain the water. Set aside to cool
  4. Mix the cooked and cooled noodles with the dressing
  5. Combine with onion, radish, and red pepper
  6. Garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts
  7. Enjoy!
