Crazy Feta Poppers
- 1 pizza dough ball pre-made, we like the Trader Joe's or Whole Foods varieties
- 1 container cava Crazy Feta
- 1 package salami or pepperoni
- 1 jalapeno thinly sliced
- shredded Parmesan
- parsley for garnish
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pull or cut 1-inch round pieces of dough and use your fingers to roll into a 3-inch disc. Top the disc with 1 tablespoon Crazy Feta, 1 piece of salami, and 1 slice of jalapeno.
- Roll the sides of the dough over the filling and pinch the dough closed to seal it inside. Roll dough around in between your hands to round the shape and ensure the dough is fully sealed.
- Repeat until all of the dough is used up and arrange the dough balls in a skillet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan and a few thin slices of jalapeno.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until knots begin to turn golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley after removing from oven.
