Mom'S Apple Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Set aside.
  3. In another large bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, brown sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil, water, applesauce and apple. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined.
  4. Scrape batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let loaf cool completely before removing from pan.
