Garden-Style Pizza Meatloaf
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu(R) Organic Garden Veggie Pasta Sauce*
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded, about 4 oz.
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine ground beef, 1 cup Pasta Sauce, green pepper, oats, 1/2 cup cheese, eggs, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Shape into loaf in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan. Top with 1 cup Sauce.
- Bake uncovered 50 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Remove to serving platter and serve with remaining Sauce, heated.
