Talking Tartlets, Not Only On Valentine'S
- 1 1/8 cups wholemeal biscuits ground

- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 15/16 cups mascarpone
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt Greek, fat-free
- 7/8 cup whole milk
- 5 tablespoons cane sugar or to taste
- 2 tablespoons agar agar
- 3/4 cup blueberries fresh
- 6 3/4 tablespoons syrup from black currants
- 1 teaspoon green tea Macha
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 7/8 cup dark chocolate
- 7/8 cup white chocolate
- Mix the biscuits with the butter, oil, and honey, make a uniform layer into paper cups, which are placed in a muffin baking form, press crumbs into the cup bottom
- Place into a preheated oven and bake 15 min. at 150 oC (302 oF), then allow to cool and place in the refrigerator; alternatively - the corpus may be left without baking
- Meantime, mix mascarpone with sugar and yogurt, divide into 4 parts, which then stain with pastel colors:n Blend the first mixture with blueberriesn The second with the burgundy fruit syrup (blackcurrant, etc.)n The third with green powder (Matcha and spirulina)n The fourth with yellow turmericnream should not be thick, if necessary add a little milk
- Meanwhile, mix agar in 400 ml of water and allow to stand for about 10 min., then boil on low heat for a few minutes, set aside and stirring pour separately into 4 differently-colored fillings; when you finish one color, boil semi-hardened agar and stir in other colored filling
- Pour the filling into the cups with biscuits almost to the surface, work quickly, because the agar is getting firm
- When all cups are filled, place in refrigerator to harden for about 30-60 min., or in the freezer for 10 minutes
- Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil in a pot with a thick bottom over the very low heat and pour in a thin layer on the firm filling in the cups; repeat with dark chocolate
- Allow to set, preferably overnight in the refrigerator, then take cups out of the form, use the knife gently to remove paper cups
- Write some Valentine's text on the chocolate using tubes with colors, a different text for each cup
- Stick pearls along the perimeter of the chocolate or make hearts on it using colored pencils
- Place on a tray and keep in the cold before serving
