Tuna And Tomato Spirals

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, yeast, sugar, oil, water, and salt. Mix together into a smooth, elastic dough.
  2. Cover and leave to rise for 2 hours in warm place.
  3. Mix the tuna and tomato.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, cover with the tuna filling, and roll up tightly along the long edge, taking care to seal the ends.
  5. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, with the open edge facing down, and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  7. Brush with milk and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Leave to cool, and then cut into slices of 1.5-centimeter thick.
