Baked Herb-Encrusted Ribs

  1. In a bowl, add oil, paprika, herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, and a few drops each of hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  2. Coat the ribs with the marinade mixture and rub thoroughly. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  4. Remove the ribs and place on aluminum foil. Cover with aluminum foil and seal the foil together.
  5. Place the ribs in the oven and roast for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the ribs from the foil and turn on the oven's broiler. Broil for a few minutes.
  7. Serve warm with barbecue sauce.
