Baked Herb-Encrusted Ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons herbs de provence
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- hot sauce
- worcestershire sauce
- 1 pork ribs
- salt
- ground black pepper
- In a bowl, add oil, paprika, herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, and a few drops each of hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Coat the ribs with the marinade mixture and rub thoroughly. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
- Remove the ribs and place on aluminum foil. Cover with aluminum foil and seal the foil together.
- Place the ribs in the oven and roast for 2 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the foil and turn on the oven's broiler. Broil for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with barbecue sauce.
