Watermelon Margarita Pops

  1. Place watermelon pieces in a shallow baking dish. Finely shred peel from orange (2 teaspoons) and juice the orange (1/4 cup). In a small bowl whisk together tequila, orange juice and sugar. Drizzle tequila mixture over watermelon pieces. Cover and freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
  2. Transfer watermelon cubes to a serving bowl; drizzle with tequila mixture. Sprinkle with salt and orange peel.
