Marinated Spareribs
- 6 pounds baby back ribs
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 lime juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 onion chopped fine
- Marinate ribs overnight. Steam for 1 hour before grilling.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat.
- Simmer until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes. Discard bay leaves.
