Spiced Chicken Koftas With Crunchy Salad

  1. Place the garlic, ginger and chilli in a food processor and whizz until finely chopped. Add the chicken and garam masala and pulse until finely minced.
  2. Dampen your hands and shape the mixture into 12 ovals. Thread onto 4 skewers and cook under a preheated grill for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly until nicely browned and completely cooked through with no pink meat.
  3. Stir together the coleslaw mix, cucumber, Alpro Simply Plain, cumin seeds and mint. Serve with the koftas and baked potatoes.
  4. Cook's tipnry serving the koftas and salad rolled up in flour tortillas.
