Five Spice Beef And Noodles
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3/4 pound sirloin steak or Lean rump, cut into strips, 12 oz
- 1 courgette cut into sticks
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 3 1/2 ounces beansprouts 4 oz
- 2 5/8 cups egg noodles 4 oz
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 2 teaspoons seasoning Schwartz Chinese Five Spice
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 5/8 cup beef stock 1/4 pint
- Heat the oil and fry the steak for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the vegetables and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain.
- Blend the cornflour with the Chinese Five Spice Seasoning, soy sauce, honey and stock. Add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.
- Stir in the noodles and serve.
