Smokey Halibut Veracruz

  1. Heat olive oil in a large, deep non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook next 3 ingredients about 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in Knorr (R) Tomato and Chicken flavor Bouillon and next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and arrange halibut in skillet. Simmer covered 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove bay leaf before serving.
