Vietnamese Fried Rice

  1. Wash the
  2. rice.
  3. Cook rice in 3 cups water.
  4. Chop onion and cook
  5. in frypan containing 1 tablespoon oil.
  6. Place small pieces oftork in oil.
  7. After seasoning with salt, pepper and sugar, fry for
  8. 10
  9. minutes.temovetork and cook shrimp in same manner for only 5 minutes.
  10. Remove shrimp from pan.
  11. Cook peas.
  12. Use another skillet to fry the cooked rice in 1 tablespoon of
  13. oil. Add
  14. pork,thrimptnd peas to fried rice and cook on
  15. medium heat
  16. for 10 minutes.
  17. You may add a pinch of Accent, if
  18. desired. Yellow food coloring may be added at the time rice is being cooked to add a more appetizing color.
