Mint Tops

  1. Preheat oven to 325*F.
  2. Mix sugar, butter, all-purpose flour, and starch to obtain smooth dough. The dough will resemble playing dough.
  3. Roll dough into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet or baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Make a small indentation in the middle of the cookie.
  4. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool down a bit.
  5. In the meantime, melt 100 g of semi-sweet chocolate over a water bath, drop in peppermint oil, and stir to combine. Fill the small indentations in the cookie with mint chocolate. Melt the rest of the semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate and drizzle all over the cookies. Allow the chocolate to harden before indulging.
