Chicken Burgers With Baked Potatoes

  1. Mix the chicken breasts, finely chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, parsley, and salt and black pepper to taste in a large bowl.
  2. Form the burgers using your hands, then place them on a hot skillet at medium-high flame greased with olive oil, and grill until they obtain a golden brown color on both sides.
  3. Cut open the burger buns, toast them, and spread the peeled garlic clove over the crust.
  4. Place a chicken burger on each burger bun, then tomato and lettuce on top. Spread Caesar dressing on the sandwich and place the other bun on top.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  6. Place the frozen potatoes on a cooking tray and bake until they are golden brown.
  7. Turn off the oven, spread the Parmesan cheese on the potatoes, and let them sit in the oven until the cheese is golden brown.
  8. Mix the remaining Parmesan cheese, salt to taste, grill steak seasoning, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  9. Remove the potatoes from the oven, place them in a large bowl, and mix them with the small bowl dressing.
  10. Heat one tablespoon olive oil in a skillet at medium flame. Add the onions and garlic and stir until the onions look transparent.
  11. Add the blended tomatoes and boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
