Amazing Low Carb Low Cal Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and place parchment paper on an 8x8 pan.
  2. In a medium bowl mix cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl mix Swerve, eggs, water, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until completely combined (this could take a couple of minutes). Make sure there are no pockets of cocoa powder.
  3. Spoon/pour batter into a greased or foil lined 8X8 pan, spread evenly.
  4. Bake in the oven at 350F for 22-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. (Watch carefully!! Do not let them brown or they will taste burnt).
  5. Let them cool slightly and cut into 12 or 16 pieces.
