Crab Casserole

  1. Melt butter in top part of double boiler; add flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook until bubbly.
  3. Slowly add milk; stir briskly.
  4. Cook over hot water until thick and smooth, stirring occasionally. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add egg yolks, then onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Stir in crabmeat.
  7. Pour mixture into 1-quart casserole dish.
  8. Cover with buttered breadcrumbs. Bake at 400u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  9. Serves 2.
