Couscous And Tagine

  1. Boil 320ml water.
  2. Place couscous in the bowl and add salt ,olive oil and half portion broccoli.
  3. Add boiling water to the couscous and cover with glad wrap ( airtight ). Leave it for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the coconut oil to the hot pot. Place potato in the pot first, cook it for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Add onion, garlic and ginger, mix well. ( Seasoning)
  6. Add tomato sauce and cook it for 5 minutes.
  7. Add chickpea,brussel sprouts, capsicum.Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Finish with left broccoli and mix it well.
  9. Add chopped coriander and mint.
  10. Serve it couscous
