Nutritious Mixed Flour Masala Bhakri/Bread

  1. Take a big bowl and mix all the flours in it.
  2. Add chopped onion, green chilly, coriander in the mixed flour
  3. Now add all the spices, turmeric powder, red chilly, cumin seeds, coriander, and salt.
  4. Pour some water and start making dough out of it. The dough should be neither too thick nor soft.
  5. Now make medium size balls of the dough and roll it in your palm.
  6. Till the time your first bhakri gets ready, turn on the gas stove and put the tawa on it.
  7. Take a flat base, sprinkle some dry flour on it, place one ball on it and slowly slowly start pressing it with your fingers.
  8. The size of the bhakri should increase every time you will press it.
  9. Once you are ready with thin bhakri, put it on heated tawa, sprinkle some water on it and try to spread it with your hand or spoon.
  10. Now turn and cook the other side of bhakri.
  11. Take off the cooked bhakri from a tawa and serve it in a plate.
