Pork Chops With Red Cabbage

  1. Choose a nice piece of pork chop. In the center and lengthwise cut with a thin bladed knife and insert the smoked sausage in this cut. Place it on a baking tray, add salt and a little cooking oil and water and place in an oven with thinly cut onion rings. Bake until tender at 150 degrees temperature with frequent basting.
  2. Meanwhile cook the unpeeled potatoes, peel and cut into rings. When the meat is also cooked place the potato slices alongside the meat and heat again.
  3. Shred the red cabbages thinly. Fry a small quantity of sugar in cooking oil in a pan to a golden brown color, add the shredded red cabbage and a little vinegar. Finally add the chopped cabbage, salt and a little caraway seeds. Simmer under cover over strong heat until the juice of the cabbage evaporates almost completely. Place the sliced meat on a serving dish, put the cabbage and the potatoes around the meat in the center and serve.
