Grilled Veggie And Salad Wrap
- 2 mini peppers any color you want - sliced
- 1/4 onion large, sliced
- 2 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 slices provolone cheese or any white cheese you may like
- 2 tablespoons non-fat sour cream
- 1/4 tablespoon ranch dip mix
- 5 leaves romaine, chopped up
- 1/2 tomato a roman, diced
- Parent: prep all the ingredients - chop the tomato, chop the romaine lettuce, slice the onion and peppers
- (is the kiddo is earlier, you can have them prep some of the veggies and you some)
- Parent: Put the pan on the stove top, under medium heat. Spray the pan with non-stick spray.
- Kiddo: Place the onions and peppers in the pan and stir for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Not too much salt because the cheese will add some salt.
- Kiddo: Bunch up the peppers and onion in the center of the pan, and place the two slices on top of the pepper/onion mix, reduce the heat and let it sit for 3-5 minutes till the cheese melts.
- Kiddo: Mix the sour cream with the ranch dip in a small bowl. Place the chopped lettuce and tomatoes into the ranch mixture and mix.
- Parent: Heat up two tortillas in a pan on the stove top.
- Kiddo: Start assembling the burrito. Place have the grilled veggies with cheese in the center of the burrito, and place half the lettuce/tomato mixture with ranch dressing. Wrap it up and enjoy!
