Grilled Veggie And Salad Wrap

  1. Parent: prep all the ingredients - chop the tomato, chop the romaine lettuce, slice the onion and peppers
  2. (is the kiddo is earlier, you can have them prep some of the veggies and you some)
  3. Parent: Put the pan on the stove top, under medium heat. Spray the pan with non-stick spray.
  4. Kiddo: Place the onions and peppers in the pan and stir for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Not too much salt because the cheese will add some salt.
  5. Kiddo: Bunch up the peppers and onion in the center of the pan, and place the two slices on top of the pepper/onion mix, reduce the heat and let it sit for 3-5 minutes till the cheese melts.
  6. Kiddo: Mix the sour cream with the ranch dip in a small bowl. Place the chopped lettuce and tomatoes into the ranch mixture and mix.
  7. Parent: Heat up two tortillas in a pan on the stove top.
  8. Kiddo: Start assembling the burrito. Place have the grilled veggies with cheese in the center of the burrito, and place half the lettuce/tomato mixture with ranch dressing. Wrap it up and enjoy!
