Mini Leftover Chicken & Avocado Salad Sliders With Cranberry Aoli

  1. Mix all ingredients of the salad together thoroughly. (Though, wait to add the avocado until you're ready to serve.) Cover, and chill until cool.
  2. Toast mini rolls lightly under the broiler. While you're waiting, make the aoli with 2 tbs mayo, plus cranberry sauce, and a sprinkle of garlic powder.
  3. Remove rolls from oven, slather tops with cranberry aoli, add salad mixture, and top with arugula.
  4. Enjoy!
