Orange Porkchops With Fried Bananas
- 7 ounces pork chops
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/8 tablespoon cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 tablespoon pepper
- 1 1/3 cups bananas saba, cut into 3, lengthwise
- 1 1/3 ounces chocolate Anmum, powder
- 1/8 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 1 2/3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 tablespoon pepper
- oil for frying
- Marinate pork chops in orange juice, cumin, oregano, salt & pepper overnight.
- Heat up oil in pan.
- Fry pork chops 5 minutes each side or until well done.
- Transfer to a plate and cover. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine Anmum chocolate powder, cinnamon, sugar, salt & pepper.
- Coat each banana slice with the mixture.
- Heat up oil in pan and fry bananas until caramelized. Serve with the orange pork chops.
