Herby Cassoulet

  1. Heat the Flora in a large saucepan and fry onion, garlic, courgettes and bacon until the bacon is lightly browned. Add tomatoes, baked beans, tomato puree, bouquet garni and pepper to taste and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add smoked pork sausage and simmer for further 5-10 minutes. Turn into a casserole dish.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 180u0b0C, 160u0b0C fan, Gas 4 for 15 minutes and serve sprinkled with the croutons.
