Xobanana Bread Made With Xocai Healthy Dark Chocolate

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  3. In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
  5. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
  6. Stir in Activ, X Power and Omega Squares.
  7. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
  8. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
  10. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes; turn out onto wire rack.
  11. Serves 4
