Xobanana Bread Made With Xocai Healthy Dark Chocolate
- 2 cups whole wheat flour 100% Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 whole eggs beaten
- 2 1/3 cups mashed banana
- 1 ounce dark chocolate Xocai Activ Powder
- 3 chunks dark chocolate Xocai X Power Squares, chopped
- 2 chunks dark chocolate Xocai Omega Squares, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
- Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
- Stir in Activ, X Power and Omega Squares.
- Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes; turn out onto wire rack.
