Broccoli, Salmon, And Manchego Cheese Quiche

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Butter and flour a pie pan. Roll the dough into a round with a rolling pin and place into the pie pan, trimming any extra dough. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. To prepare the filling, cut the broccoli into pieces and steam until cooked.
  4. Whisk the eggs together with the cream and add salt to taste. Set aside.
  5. Place the broccoli onto the bottom of the pie pan and top with the salmon in a layer. Pour the egg mixture over the salmon and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
