Lebanese Semolina Pudding (Layali Lebnan)

  1. Add milk and semolina to a medium pot.
  2. put it on the stove on medium heat, and keep stirring until it boils and becomes thick needs around 20 minutes.
  3. Pour it into the desired plate, and put it in the refrigerator for couple of hours.
  4. Now in a small pot add corn starch, dried milk, ,water, sugar, and rose water.
  5. Keep stirring the mixture until it thickens. needs almost 10 minutes
  6. Leave it until its completely cold, then spread all over the semolina pudding.
  7. Now garnish with crushed pistachio, or other nuts, and add a drizzle of honey.
