Lebanese Semolina Pudding (Layali Lebnan)
- 1/2 cup semolina fine
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon rose water optional
- cream Fresh
- 1 cup milk dried
- 1 cup water and half
- 1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon rose water optional
- honey for garnish or crushed pistachio
- Add milk and semolina to a medium pot.
- put it on the stove on medium heat, and keep stirring until it boils and becomes thick needs around 20 minutes.
- Pour it into the desired plate, and put it in the refrigerator for couple of hours.
- Now in a small pot add corn starch, dried milk, ,water, sugar, and rose water.
- Keep stirring the mixture until it thickens. needs almost 10 minutes
- Leave it until its completely cold, then spread all over the semolina pudding.
- Now garnish with crushed pistachio, or other nuts, and add a drizzle of honey.
