Clams In Black Bean Sauce(Recipe For One Pound Of Clams; May Use For Any Shellfish.)

  1. Rinse clams thoroughly.
  2. Place in 5 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  3. As soon as clams start to open, remove from stove and set aside and drain.
  4. Prepare black beans by soaking in warm water and mashing it.
  5. Heat oil; add garlic and black bean.
  6. Add broth, sugar, oyster sauce, shoyu, salt and ajinomoto.
  7. Make cornstarch paste by adding water to the cornstarch.
  8. Add to sauce to thicken.
