Delicious Gluten-Free Crepes Recipe
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk hit link for recipe- these are the best almonds
- 3 large eggs hormone free omega 3
- 1/4 cup organic coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure organic
- 1/2 cup coconut flour organic
- 1/2 cup tapioca starch organic
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt Pink Himalayan
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia powder raw, unaltered green organic
- Heat a skillet to medium heat.
- Mix all ingredients together in the blender.
- Use an addtional dab of coconut oil on the pan and let sizzle, covering area well.
- Drop a small amount (about 3 tablespoons) of batter onto the hot skillet. Roll the pan to thin the layer of batter and expand the size of the crepe.
- Let the batter bubble and become a solid crepe. Then slide the crepe onto the spatula and quickly flip it to finish the back side. Allow to brown slightly.
- Serve with any of the toppings in our Desserts Cookbook or your favorite choices of fruit.
