2 Vinegars Chicken

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and crumbled rosemary.
  4. Add the garlic cloves and bacon.
  5. When the meat is golden brown, remove the chicken and garlic cloves from the pan.
  6. Add the honey and caramelize on medium heat.
  7. Add the wine vinegar, and let it evaporate a little.
  8. Add the balsamic vinegar and a small glass of water.
  9. Put the chicken back in the pan, and add the olives.
  10. Simmer for 20 minutes until a thick sauce forms.
  11. Accompany with fried zucchini and white rice.
