Tuna Filled Chile Peppers With Broth

  1. Mix the tuna with the potato, onion, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fill the chile peppers with the tuna mixture
  3. Make the broth by blending the tomato puree with the water, mustard, onion, garlic, and oregano. Saute the mixture in a hot skillet with a little cooking spray and let simmer until of the desired consistency.
  4. Serve the chiles in the broth.
