- 12 eggs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 7 ounces prawns small, if frozen, thaw completely
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- garlic powder to taste
- 3/4 package philadelphia cream cheese
- parsley to taste
- In a saucepan, bring the eggs to a boil in a large amount of salted water. Cook for 12 minutes after the water starts boiling.
- Remove the eggs from the heat, and let cool.
- In a frying pan, on medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When the olive oil is hot, add the well drained shrimp, and season with a pinch of salt, paprika, curry, and garlic powder. Cook for 10 minutes until browned. Remove from heat, and set aside.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in halves lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place in a bowl, and place the egg whites in a tray.
- In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the shrimp, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, cream cheese, and parsley to taste. Mix everything well to form a pate-type paste. Fill the egg whites with this paste. Serve hot or cold.
