Leftover Bolognese: Baked Bolognese In A Courgette With Parmesan Recipe

  1. Heat up your oven on 220 C Celsius. nnPlace your courgette on a cutting board and cut it horizontally in 2 pieces. nith a spoon remove the flesh from the courgette. You can cut your leftover flesh thinly and add to your Bolognese for added texture and taste.
  2. Since my Bolognese came from frozen I defroze it first and cooked it with the courgette flesh for few minutes. You do not need to do so if your sauce is only cold since it will heat up in the oven and the courgette will have enough time to cook there. nnNow is the time to fill your courgette with as much sauce desired or possible. nfter add a healthy portion of your favourite cheese on top.
  3. Place in the oven on a tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. nnYour meal is ready.nnEnjoy.
