Chicken Fajita Pizza
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced thin into strips
- 1 (10 oz.) can prepared pizza crust
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Saute chicken in large skillet that is coated with Pam over medium heat until done.
- Stir in seasonings; add onion and green pepper.
- Cook until veggies are practically done.
- Spray pizza pan with Pam.
- Unroll dough and place in pan.
- Spread dough to cover pan.
- Bake at 425u0b0
- for 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown.
- Remove crust from oven.
- Spread chicken mixture over crust.
- Spoon picante over chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
- Return to oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
