Wild Mushroom Bolognese And
- wild mushroom assortment 8-16 oz, depending on how much you like
- 16 ounces marinara
- 6 ounces heavy cream
- 1/2 red onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- fresh herbs rosemary and thyme
- 4 ounces seasoned bread crumbs
- olive oil or butter
- Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon chicken base
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 pound ground beef
- Combine garlic and onion powder, bread crumbs, herbs, onions and garlic
- Add ground beef and olive oil to the seasoning and combine
- In saute pan add olive oil garlic and onions and mushrooms cook until mushrooms are soft
- Add red wine and reduce
- Add chicken base 1 tbs
- Cook for 2 minutes then add marinara and heavy cream
- Cook until thickens
- Mean time fry meatballs but not completely
- Add too sauce and bake for 10 minutes
- Remove meatballs add cooked pasta toss together and plate
- Garnish with micro greens and parm and
