- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. orange liquor (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- confectioners sugar (for garnish)
- Arrange bread slices in a single layer in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Beat remaining ingredients except garnish until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over bread.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours, allowing bread to soak up liquid.
