Pan De Jamon

  1. Mix all dough ingredients.
  2. Program bread machine for 15 seconds at speed 4 and then program it for 3 minutes at spike speed.
  3. Let rise until dough doubles in volume.
  4. Roll out dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle.
  5. Arrange slices of ham in a layer.
  6. Top ham layer with bacon slices.
  7. Sprinkle olives and raisins evenly over bacon.
  8. Beginning on the narrower side, roll up dough.
  9. Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180u0b0C (approximately 350u0b0F) for 1 hour.
  10. While still warm, brush with egg yolk and sugar.
  11. Bake for 3-4 additional minutes. Serve warm.
